Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Regular on-site attendance and safety compliance are essential. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, pool maintenance, and daily inspections, while collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies and in safety programs
