Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of a property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role requires on-site attendance and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform make-ready activities, maintain safe work practices, and help manage inventory and records related to service requests and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in the daily maintenance and cosmetic upkeep of the community infrastructure.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
