Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance at our properties. You will support make-ready processes and uphold safety standards under supervision.

Responsibilities include daily on-site tasks, pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and timely response to resident requests. On-call duties may be required, with a focus on reliability and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and cosmetic tasks per supervisor direction.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the maintenance shop and grounds.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage as needed.
