• Essential Responsibilities: diagnose and repair building systems per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Make-ready process: inspect, punch list, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, complete tasks, and inspect work.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for service requests.
• Maintain ground areas, amenities, and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts.
