Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality. You will respond to resident maintenance requests, complete make-ready tasks, manage materials, and support cost-saving measures across the site.

The role requires performing inspections, coordinating with vendors, and documenting work precisely while upholding Greystar’s safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
• Tracks inventory, acquires materials, and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents and tracks service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans breezeways and pool areas.
• Supports cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Inspects contractor work to verify quality standards and scope.
