Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include completing inspections, coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and keeping detailed reports. Ability to work flexible hours and to travel between properties as needed is required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections and contractor coordination.
• Track inventory and re-order materials as needed by notifying the maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas through cleaning, painting, and upkeep.
• Support cost-control by fixing instead of replacing when feasible.
