Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical property remains clean, safe, and functional for residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain common areas across the property.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed is needed to support ongoing operations. Essential duties include handling work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacants, maintaining inventory, and documenting service activities to meet high standards of quality

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• All required certifications per state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access materials, track inventory, and reorder supplies as needed.
