Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready tasks for vacant units.

You will follow safety policies, maintain inventory, and assist with grounds and amenities. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) required.
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose source of defects and perform repairs per policies and code requirements.
• Complete preventative maintenance and make‑ready tasks for vacant units.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance as needed.
• Support cost‑control by reusing parts and proper tool use.
