Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functional living spaces. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete work orders from resident requests.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks for vacant units, ordering and tracking materials, documenting work, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-saving practices.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 and II or Universal is required.
• State and local certifications required by jurisdiction.
• Valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Accesses and obtains materials from maintenance by tracking inventory and reordering as needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
