Job summary

Greystar in Eugene, Oregon seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. The role involves hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

You will respond to resident service requests, perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and coordinate with vendors while upholding Greystar's safety policies and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience performing routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Professional and safety-conscious with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins (make-ready) and inspect work.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with vendor coordination.
• Follow safety policies and document work accurately.
