Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Portland, OR. You will join a team focused on high-quality service, completing resident requests, and performing preventive maintenance across communities.

The role includes make-ready preparations, upkeep of exteriors and common areas, and collaboration with vendors. Strong tools, safety, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property may be required.
• Experience in maintenance and repairs and ability to read and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and assist with vendor management.
• Document service requests accurately and maintain records.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
