Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of properties meet quality standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair systems while adhering to safety and code requirements.

The role includes completing work orders, supporting make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing inventory, and assisting in grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance; diagnoses defects and repairs per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacants for leasing via the make-ready process, inspects, schedules vendors, and procures supplies.

Education

EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications

Valid driver’s license
