Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and good resident experience. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and support make-ready programs for vacant units.

This role requires EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to climb, lift, and work in varied conditions. We offer competitive benefits and a comprehensive on-site program.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs per code and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Track materials, coordinate vendors, and re-order supplies as needed.
• Document work orders accurately and keep records up to date.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning, painting, and light repairs.
