Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will perform technical and mechanical work, respond to maintenance requests, and contribute to preparing vacant homes for leasing.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and coordinating make-ready tasks to deliver ready-to-occupy apartments that reflect Greystar’s quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Technical and mechanical work to maintain property standards including cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work.
