Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

You will perform work orders, complete the make-ready process for new move-ins, manage inventory, and assist in maintaining outdoor spaces and facilities across properties.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor of reordering needs.
