Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance at our communities. This role handles preventive and routine maintenance, make-ready tasks, and responds to resident requests under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the exterior and common areas, perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
