Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance, preventive tasks, make-ready work, and on-call emergencies at our community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained properties.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Regular on-site attendance and reliable transportation are essential, with a schedule that

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies.
