Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property maintenance across communities. The role includes preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, along with the make-ready process under supervision.

You will help keep common areas safe, clean, and well-maintained, responding promptly to resident and management requests. The position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive, corrective, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Coordinate make-ready processes under supervision.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Maintain maintenance shop, tools, and inventory; assist in record keeping.
• Communicate effectively with residents and management to uphold service quality.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintain professional conduct.
