Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at the property, performing routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will assist with make-ready processes and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Key requirements include a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
