Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of a busy residential community. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site tasks, coordinating with residents and management, and participating in pool maintenance and environmental safety practices. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities
