Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to meet property objectives.

Daily tasks include responding to management requests, assisting with make-ready, and maintaining safe, organized facilities. On-call duties and adherence to OSHA guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and routine repairs as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant work environment and procedures.
• Assist with make-ready processes and scheduling of maintenance turns.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, maintenance, and inspections.
• Provide on-call emergency support as needed.
• Assist with inventory of equipment and supplies and maintain a clean maintenance shop.
