Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across the community. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist in make-ready processes and on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA guidelines and keeping records up to date.
