Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across the property, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role emphasizes timely responses to requests, safety compliance, and participation in on-call emergencies.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes to meet property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain the preventive maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize repairs.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergencies.
