Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support the maintenance team across our properties. The role includes completing make-ready tasks, ensuring units meet standards, and assisting with turnover events under supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, plus familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing requirements. The position involves daily on-site presence, strong customer service, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills needed to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances as part of make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/turn events and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
