Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will help with make-ready, inspections, and daily upkeep under supervision, ensuring safety and quality on-site in a fast-growing community.

The role expects a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with prior on-site maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance in common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, make-ready status, and inventory.
