Westminster Management seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll perform repairs, meet on-call demands, and support make-readies as residents move in.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, certifications are a plus, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role values reliability, problem-solving, and customer-focused service to residents and teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Comfort with work order systems or mobile apps.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and professional in resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance upkeep.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents and maintain property appearance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and on-call emergencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize repairs and plan projects.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to residents and team members.
