Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents. You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, perform make-readies for new residents, and support preventive maintenance programs.

You'll join a hands-on team, adapt to varied tasks, and contribute to a welcoming community. A 1–3 year background in maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix‑It Pro handling repairs from plumbing to electrical and appliance maintenance.
• Keep properties attractive through painting, carpentry and upkeep tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
• Collaborate with property management to plan larger projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members.
