Job summary

Westminster is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and presentable for residents. You will handle repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, while performing make-readies for new residents and routine upkeep.

We value hands-on problem-solvers who can manage on-call emergencies, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with the property management team to plan larger projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• HVAC Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro handling repairs from plumbing to electrical and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Paint, carpentry and general upkeep to keep property appealing.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with property management on repairs and larger projects.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents and team members.
