Qualifications

• 1–3 years property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with work order systems or mobile apps.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in diverse conditions.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents to ensure move-in readiness.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep properties attractive.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotate on-call duties.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize repairs and plan large projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
