Westminster is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our on-site properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform diverse repairs, handle emergencies, and contribute to make-ready tasks for new residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and a valid driver’s license. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus; a valid Driver’s License is required.
• Tech-savvy and able to use work order systems to track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing to electrical and HVAC.
• Keep properties visually appealing with painting and carpentry tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support larger projects.
• Collaborate with management to plan repairs and upgrades.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents.
