Job summary

Westminster is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and you’ll lead make-readies for new residents.

You’ll also handle painting, carpentry, and general upkeep, with on-call rotations for emergencies. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and strong resident service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro who handles repairs from plumbing to HVAC and appliances.
• Keep property looking its best with painting and carpentry tasks.
• Tackle emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan repairs and larger projects.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents.
