Westminster is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You will handle repairs from plumbing to electrical, perform make-readies, and help maintain common areas with pride.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, on-call availability, and strong customer service. A valid driver’s license and related experience are required, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro! Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance. Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Keep it Pretty! Complete painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks to keep the property looking its best.
• Tackle Emergencies! Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies; on-call rotation possible.
• Stay Ahead! Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate! Work with property management to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Wow Residents! Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
