Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a garden-style community, ensuring financial and service goals are met. You will manage staff, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while upholding company policies and housing regulations.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. On-site work with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite property management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, post payments, and review monthly finances.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with vendors and clients.
• Monitor expenditures and manage petty cash within budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, conduct inspections, and manage renewals.
• Analyze market trends to drive occupancy and revenue strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
