Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day operations for a garden-style community, oversee staff, and ensure budget adherence. You will monitor leasing, revenue, and service standards to meet occupancy and financial targets.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Competitive benefits and salary in the $75,000–$80,000 range are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience managing property operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and reviewing reports.
• Sets rents, ensures collection, and prepares monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices and ensures proper insurance certificates and coding.
• Oversees lease enforcement and renewal processes; conducts inspections and enforces lease terms.
• Promotes tenant satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Ensures maintenance team complies with company standards; conducts property inspections.
• Supervises staff, hires, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Maintains owner relationships and provides updates on property performance.
