Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for a multi‑family community. You will manage the team, monitor budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure adherence to policies, laws and standards.

You’ll oversee leasing, maintenance, and owner communications, delivering strong financial results. The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience managing day-to-day apartment operations, revenue, and a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead or collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and analyze financial statements to guide property performance.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication and compliance.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and manage performance.
• Engage with owners, provide updates, and manage client relationships.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
