Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential property. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and housing laws.

The role includes rent collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, while delivering exceptional resident service and supervising maintenance staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community and oversee property team.
• Assist in budget development and review financial statements and reports.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial status reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and supervise lease enforcement process.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction, respond to service requests, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for property staff.
• Engage with owners to provide updates and manage relationships.
