Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a Garden-style community. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws, while driving occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing and resident services.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property and supervise the on-site team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor invoices.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, and manage occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related regulations.
• Coordinate property maintenance and resident services to maintain high standards.
