Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Garden-style community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, optimize occupancy and revenue, enforce leases, and coordinate maintenance to meet safety and appearance standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with property management systems. Onsite position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and input budgets; analyze financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and posting of rents.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and insurance certificates.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees as allowed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests; ensure maintenance standards.
