Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and a team across a stabilized Garden community. You will manage budgets, rent collection, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership and budget skills, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or OneSite. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team.
• Analyze financial statements and budget development for the property.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reports.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff and maintain property standards.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with laws.
