• 4-6 years minimum of property management and related experience.

• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial reports.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Lead on-site staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
