Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Garden-style community, ensuring budgeted financial and operational goals are met. You will lead a team, manage leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services while upholding company standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and supervisory skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction and revenue growth across a stabilized 204-unit property.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage daily operations and achieve financial goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned property and lead the on-site team to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets; review financial statements, marketing information, and operational reports.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, vendor payments, and invoices; ensure insurance certificates and coding are accurate.
• Supervise property staff including hiring, training, and performance management in line with company policies.
• Build and maintain owner/client relationships; provide property performance updates and address owner requests.
