Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities. You will manage budgets, rents, vendors, leases, and leasing strategies while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting payments; prepares monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and ensures insurance certificates and correct coding are in place.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, processes applications, renewals, and notices as required by the lease.
• Gathers market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and coordinating maintenance responses.
• Supervises property staff, including hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
