ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, vendors, and customers using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop.

You will ensure accurate service records, process purchase orders, monitor work status, and resolve invoice discrepancies while supporting wage compliance and audit-ready documentation

Qualifications

• You must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience working in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendors, and invoices.
