Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Project Lead to monitor performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure projects stay on track. You will work closely with the BPO Manager to provide accurate production snapshots and lead new hire training for Production employees, fostering process improvements and teamwork.

The role emphasizes strong communication, vendor coordination, and proficiency with BPO tools along with MS Word and Excel, supporting a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong listening skills; ability to understand customers’ needs and translate to BPO services.
• Ability to work within a team structure and collaborate with partners.
• Experience working with internal and external vendors/partners.
• Strong knowledge of the BPO capture software.
• Knowledge of Business Process Outsource, back-file and day forward scanning preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
