Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Technical Support Operator to monitor and report on all technical requirements used in production, including software and hardware. Responsibilities include monitoring batch workflows, troubleshooting issues, handling uploads, and escalating problems when necessary.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent business coursework.
• 1–2 years of technical experience in BPO production.
• Experience in BPO services or related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure standard project settings in imaging software.
• Monitor batch workflow and intervene when necessary.
• Monitor and report on in-house hardware (workstations and scanners).
• Handle uploads and customer ingestion.
• Provide initial hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate parties when problems arise.
• Communicate findings to Management and Processing Center team.
