Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an IIM BPO Senior Production Technician to perform advanced production tasks, including document prep, scanning, QC/QA, and indexing. You may provide minor coaching on assigned projects and help ensure accuracy and efficiency across production workflows.

You will handle batch scanning settings, DPI, duplex scanning, and quality checks to ensure output matches original documents while supporting weekly billing and data entry requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to operate a copy machine and/or scanner.
• Ability to retain and accurately follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• Requires the ability to perform accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all production job functions, from document preparation to scanning and validation.
• Assist the ECM BPO Production Manager with training new hires on production processes and procedures.
• Log in and out of the Box Tracking System and manage batches.
• Prepare documents: remove staples/notes, repair torn pages, copy as needed, and maintain order.
