Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in BPO Services or related industry is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of the BPO capture software.
• Knowledge of back-file and day-forward scanning is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
