Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an IIM BPO Production Project Lead to monitor Production employee performance and address customer issues, ensuring projects stay on track. Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in BPO Services or a related industry.
• Experience identifying and communicating business process improvements.
• Experience servicing internal and external customers.
• Experience working with external vendors/partners.

• Monitor performance metrics and report issues to management
• Maintain and adjust Production staff schedule to achieve efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned
