Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Technical Support Operator to monitor and report on technical production requirements, including software and hardware.

The role includes configuring capture software and handling escalations to ensure production runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in BPO production, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong listening skills; ability to understand customers’ needs and translate them to BPO services.
• Ability to execute within a team structure.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Knowledge of BPO, back-file and day-forward scanning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of BPO capture software tools and abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on all technical requirements used in production, including software and hardware.
• Configure standard project settings in capture software.
• Monitor and report on hardware in production to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Escalate issues to appropriate parties when necessary.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
• Manage uploads and customer ingestion.
• Identify and report problems in batch workflow and automated processes.
