Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Project Lead within its IIM BPO/ECM center to monitor employee performance, track customer issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Two-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a business curriculum from an accredited school and/or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Production employee performance and customer issues.
• Ensure Production projects are on track and provide accurate snapshots to management.
• Coordinate new hire training of Production employees.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate with ECM BPO Processing Center Manager on issues and deadlines.
